New Delhi, April 24, 2025 — The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Advance Intimation of Examination City slip for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025. Candidates can now check their allotted exam city through the official portal.

Exam Pattern:
NEET UG 2025 will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode. The exam will consist of 180 multiple-choice questions and will have a total score of 720 marks. Candidates will be given 3 hours to complete the paper.
Syllabus:
The syllabus remains unchanged and is based on the NCERT curriculum for Classes 11 and 12, as confirmed in the notification issued in December 2024.
Registration Statistics:
This year, the number of registered candidates has dropped by approximately 1 lakh compared to NEET 2024, which had over 24 lakh applicants.
