CBSE Class 10 Results 2024 Announced in May, Re-evaluation Process Underway

The Central Board of Secondary Education successfully announced the results for the Class 10 board examinations on May 13, 2024. Millions of students received their results through various official channels, including the CBSE's result portal (results.cbse.nic.in), UMANG app, and the DigiLocker platform, which provided digital mark sheets.\n\nThe overall pass percentage for Class 10 in 2024 saw a slight improvement compared to the previous year, continuing a trend of high success rates. Girls once again outperformed boys. Following the result declaration, the board opened windows for students to apply for verification of marks, obtaining photocopies of answer sheets, and re-evaluation of specific subjects, processes typically spanning several weeks.\n\nStudents unsatisfied with their marks utilized these options according to the schedules released by CBSE. Attention now also shifts towards the compartment examinations for students who need to reappear in certain subjects, usually held later in the summer.
